摘　　要：介绍了该装置的试车及运行，对设备、工艺中存在的问题加以分析说明，结论证明Ⅲ期工程的总体设计是合理的，与Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期相比较具有很大的优越性，但在一些细节方面仍存在问题。The trail run and the operation of the title facility are introduced. Some problems of the equipment and process are analyzed. The overall design of the third-stage project has proved itself to be rational with many advantages over those of the first-and second-stage project. However,there are still some problems in point of details.
