肉牛能量和淀粉利用及其对代谢能转化效率、能量、蛋白和脂肪沉积的影响

摘　　要：用4×4拉丁方试验来估计肉牛瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)能/小肠可消化能和瘤胃发酵淀粉/小肠消化淀粉对代谢能转化为体增重效果(Kf)、能量沉积、氮沉积及脂肪沉积的影响。结果表明 :随着过瘤胃淀粉的提高 ,肉牛Kf、蛋白质沉积、净能沉积和脂肪沉积均有提高 ,Kf值可以超过60 %。The experiment estimated the effect of volatilc fatty acids(VFA) energy in the rumen/DE in the intestine and rumen fermented starch/digestible starch in the intestine on DE conversion,energy retention,nitrogen retention and fat retention.Four mature steers with permanent rumen and abomasum cannulas according to a 4×4 Latin square design were fed at 1.2 maintenance diet of Chinese wildrye as the basic deit.The results were follows:when the rumen bypass starch increased ,Kf,protein retention,NEg retention and fat retention raised and Kf may be more than 60%.
