运用Rusitec测定不同含N饲料对麦秸降解率的影响

摘  要:本研究运用Rusitec研究鱼粉、酪蛋白、豆粕(SBM)和尿素对麦秸纤维降解率的影响。试验结果表明 ,经48小时培养 ,添加SBM和鱼粉导致较高的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)降解率(57.4 %和56.5 %) ,添加尿素导致较低的NDF降解率(54.5 %,P<0.05) ,添加酪蛋白没有作用 ;添加SBM和鱼粉导致较高总VFA和乙酸产量 ,说明对纤维降解有刺激作用 ;4种含N饲料导致相似的外流氨基酸比例 ,添加蛋白质饲料导致外流的总氨基酸N(TAAN)比例高于尿素(P<0.05) ;The influence of supplementation with fish meal,casein,soybean meal(SBM) or urea on fibre degradation of barley straw was studied in Rusitec.Supplementations with SBM and fish meal resulted in higher NDF degradabilities(57.4% and 56.5%,respectively) than urea(54.5%) after 48h incubation(P<0.05)whereas supplementation with casein did not differ significantly from the other N supplementation(P>0.05).Total VFA and acetic production supported the stimulatory effect of SBM and fish meal.The proportion of total amino acid in the total N of the outflow resulted from the four supplements was similar but the proportion of total amino acid N resulted from the protein supplements was much higher than from urea supplement.Microbial syntheses were not apparently correlative with fibre degradation.
