济钢轧钢全一火成材工艺技术研究与应用实践

摘　　要：济钢立足于系统挖潜，坚持创新改造，利用有限的资金全面优化了轧钢生产工艺结构，实现了轧钢全－火成材。与全－火成材前相比，提高钢材综合成材率５．５％，降低能源消耗近３０％。Through reforming in system,technique creation and optimizing process structure of rolling production used of limited fund,Jinan Iron and steel group has implemented 'roll in one heat' in rolling poduction. Compared with old process comprehensive finished products ratio of rolled products is increased by 5. 5% and the energy resources consumption is reduced about 30%.
