摘　　要：通过对高压水精除鳞系统喷射机构的改进，表明了在旧设备上增设高压水除鳞系统是可行的。其运行压力稳定在１２～１４ＭＰａ，投用率达１００％。此项改进不仅提高了产品表面质量，而且可获效益２１１．８４万元。Through improvement of finishing decale injection system with high pressure water it is discovered that to equip finishing descale system with high pressure water in the old equipment is available,the operation pressure is stabilized in between 12- 14 MPa,and the utilization factor is up to 100%. This technical improvement can not only enhance the surface quality of product but also get the profit of 2.1184 million yuan/a.
