移植血管平滑肌细胞PCNA表达及药物影响的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨 Ｂａｔｒｏｘｏｂｉｎ 等药物对兔静脉移植模型早期增殖细胞核抗原（ Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ） 表达的影响。　方法　兔颈静脉移植于颈动脉后应用 Ｂａｔｒｏｘｏｂｉｎ 、 Ｌ Ｍ Ｗ Ｈ 、 Ｕｒｏｋｉｎａｓｅ 和 Ｖｅｒａｐａ ｍｉｌ 治疗， 并于不同时间采用免疫组化方法观察血管平滑肌 Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ 表达的变化。　结果　术后３ 、７ 、１４ 天均有 Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ 的表达；３ 天时 Ｕｒｏｋｉｎａｓｅ 、 Ｌ Ｍ Ｗ Ｈ 两组 Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ 的表达与对照组差异不显著；相反 Ｖｅｒａｐａ ｍｉｌ 及 Ｂａｔｒｏｘｏｂｉｎ两组的 Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ 指数均低于对照及其他两组；术后７ 、１４ 天动、静脉 Ｖ Ｓ Ｍ Ｃ 中的 Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ 各组的表达均与术后３ 天相同只是强度略有下降；移植静脉 Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ 指数均略低于相应动脉。　结论　 Ｕｒｏｋｉｎａｓｅ 、 Ｌ Ｍ Ｗ Ｈ对血管移植后动、静脉 Ｖ Ｓ Ｍ Ｃ 内的 Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ 表达无影响， Ｖｅｒａｐａ ｍｉｌ 及 Ｂａｔｒｏｘｏｂｉｎ 对移植静脉及相应动脉平滑肌细胞的 Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ ＡObjective To investigate the influence of Batroxobin and other drugs on PCNA expression in early transplant vessels of Newzealand rabbit model with jugular vein transplanted to carotid Methods With the techniques of pathological, immunohistochemical to detect the expression of vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) in vein grafts and join arteries Results The results suggested that there was rather active PCNA expression on 3, 7 and 14 days after venous graft, especially for 3 days Urokinase and LMWH had no effect on PCNA expression in VSMC, but there was a significant inhibitory effect in Batroxobin and Verapamil groups compared with the three groups of contrast, Urokinase and LMWH Conclusion Batroxobin and Verapamil can inhibit the PCNA expression of vein grafts and join arteries in different time
