秦氏哮喘膏敷贴对豚鼠哮喘的治疗研究

摘　　要：目的探讨案氏哮喘膏敷贴治疗哮喘的作用机理。方法采用Hutson法豚鼠模型，治疗组隔日诱喘后用哮喘膏敷贴30min，对照组诱险后隔日采用0．9％生理盐水浸纱布敷贴，比较记录诱喘潜伏期时间；2周后处死，取肺组织病理切片，作光镜、电镜比较观察。＃早秦氏哮喘膏敷贴能显著延长哮喘豚鼠的诱喘潜伏期，减轻发作程度，在病理组织上有明显改善。结论秦氏哮喘膏敷贴对豚鼠哮喘模型的气道炎症有一定的消炎、平喘作用。Objective To study the effect of external application with Qin's asthmapaste. Methods The asthma Guinea pigs models induced by Hutson's methods were appliedwith Qin's asthma paste for 30min q.o.d..A control group of guinea pigs were applied withwet gauzes in 0.9 % normal saline in the same method. They were killed after two weeks. Thelung tissues were observed with light microscopy and electromicroscopy. Results TheIncubation period of causing asthma was prolonged significantly and the asthmatic attackswere alleviated with distinct improvement in pathology- Co'cIusio' It showed the effect ofanti - inflammation and alleviating attacks by external application with Qin's asthJna pastein asthma guinea models.
