小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘诊断探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨咳嗽变异型哮喘（coughvariantasthma，CVA）的诊断。方法用皮肤变应原点刺法对33例CVA皮试反应结合血清总IgE进行分析，并与63例支气管哮喘和30例支气管炎进行比较。结果CVA组皮试反应阳性率与支气管哮喘组比较无显著差异（P＞0．045），而皮试反应阳性种类和阳性强度与支气管哮喘组比较有显著差异（＜0．05），与支气管炎组比较则有非常显著差异（P＜0．01），CVA组血清总IgE异常增高与支气管哮喘组比较有非常显著差异（P＜0．01）。＃抢变应原皮试和血清总IgE检测对CVA的诊断具有重要的价值。Objective To investigate the value of allergen skin test and serum total IgE in clinical diagnosis of children with cough variant asthma (CVA). Methods To measureserum total lgE by ELISA method and allergen skin test were used to observe the allergiccondition of 33 cases with CVA, compared with 63 cases with bronchial astIuna and 30 caseswith bronchitis. ResuIts There was no significant difference in the positive rate of allergentest between children with CVA and those of bronchial asthma (P>0.05), but the kinds anddegrees of skin test reaction of allergens in children with CVA were obviously lower thanthose of bronchial asthma (P<0.05), while higher than those of bronchitis group (P<0.01).The obvious increase in serum total IgE of CVA was significantly different with bronchialasthma (P<0.01). CoDcIusion The allergen skin test and the measurement of serum totallgE have important reference value in clinical diagnosis of CVA.
