摘　　要：通过对美国、中国台湾等风险投资比较发达的国家和地区项目指标体系的比较分析，结合我国特点，建立了一套比较完善的风险投资项目评估指标体系．Risk investment is still a new thing for China. Although it's history is no more than one hundred years, it has conferred a great benefit to this world. In this article, I selected the United States of America, the Great Britain and Chinese Taiwan as the samples. Where have well-developed risk investment. I focussed on the differences between the countries on the operating model and evaluation indices system of investment project, forming creation model, setting up risk evaluation system, which gave the risk investment companies a possibility to evaluate and reduce the risks.
