稻瘟病抗源亲本梧农1号的研究和利用

摘  要:梧农 1号经多年多点田间鉴定 ,并采用 11个生理小种和 2 52个菌株接种鉴定结果 ,田间抗性强 ,抗小种率达 81.8% ,抗菌株率达 98.6% ,具有抗谱宽、抗性强的特性 ;通过抗性基因遗传分析 ,对福建省稻瘟病优势生理小种 ZB13和 ZB15表现有 2对显性抗性基因 ;其抗性遗传效应达93.2 2 % ,表明其抗病基因配合力好、遗传传递力强。采用单交、复交、回交等杂交方式 ,导入梧农 1号的抗性基因 ,已育成抗瘟性强、丰产性好、适应性广的水稻新品种南系 1号、南建 88、建154及新品系品 b0 31、品 b0It was proved by years field identification and greenhouse inoculation using 252 strains from 11 physiological races that the variety Wunong 1 possesses high resistance to rice blast in field condition, the race\|resistant rate was 81 8% and strain\|resistant rate was 98 6%.The genetic analysis to its resistant genes showed that it has two pairs of dominant gene resisting the superior physiological races, ZB\-\{13\} and ZB\-\{15\} in Fujian province, the genetic efficiency of blast\|resistance reached 93 22%.This fact showed that the resistant genes have high combining ability and genetic transmiting ability.The resistant genes of Wunong 1 were introduced into hybrid progenies using single\|, double\| and back\| crossed methods, some new varieties, such as Nanxi 1, Nanjian 88,Jian 154, b031 and b033 have been bred and showed high resistant capacity to rice blast, high yielding and wide adaptabity.
