摘  要:从不同来源的微生物中筛选出能粗效降解革屑的皱绒青霉 A S3 .1066 菌株,可溶性蛋白得率达53 .5 % ;该株经紫外诱变获得高产蛋白酶诱变株 A S3 .1066 E,其蛋白酶活性较原始菌株高3The paper reports the biological treatment of leather waste. It was found in the processes of screening that Pennicillium raciborskii AS 3.1066 could degrade the leather waste efficiently and the gaining rate of dissolved protein was 53.5 % . A mutant strain Penicillium raciborskii AS 3.1066E with high yield of protease was obtained by the treatment of UV mutugenesis. The proteinese activity of the mutant strain was three times as high as that of the original strain.
