摘  要:在实现数控切管机国产化的工作中,研究并建立相贯线的数学模型是至关重要的,这不仅包括常用的管-管、管-板的相贯,构成Miter接头的相贯线,包括多个管、板相贯线的数学模型,而且包括完成与两面角有关的坡口角切割的数学模型,其依据为SY/T4802-92(等同采用APIRP2A1989)标准和AWS标准。本文在建立上述模型基础上,设计了相应的计算机程序,该程序实现了管-管、管-板的相贯、Miter接头的相贯的切割,包括小角度的相贯切割,而且拟定了一次完成原需要多次切割才能完成的多管、板相贯及其坡口的切割———所谓搭接接头的切割的计算机程序,实现了搭接接头的快速切割。上述数学模型和计算机程序稍作改动也可用于导管架,以及类似的管桁架节点,自行车架节点等相贯焊缝的机器人焊接程序。It is very important to study and build the mathematical models of intersection during application of NCPCM(numerical controlled pipe cutting machine).They include not only the intersecting curve models of pipe-pipe, pipe-plate, Miter joint and multiple laps, but also the cutting models of groove angle in the light of SY/T4802-92 and AWS standards. On the basis of these models, the computer programs with which NCPCM can cut the intersecting grooves of pipe-pipe (including small angles), pipe-plate, Miter joint and multiple laps, are developed. For the intersecting grooves of multiple laps, the programs change primary multiple cutting into one-kick cutting, and make the rapid cutting of these joints come true. The models and programs, only revised somewhat, can be also applied to the robot welding of similar joints such as tubular structures, bicycle and so on.
