摘　　要：根据统计过程控制原理，运用控制图分析和判断卷烟生产过程质量特性值是否受控，从中找出产生问题的原因，采取有效措施，达到改进与保证产品质量的目的，从而可使生产系统运作水平处于最佳状态，结果表明，这种方法是合理的。According to the theory of the statistical process control,the controlling condition of data of quality characteristic was analysed and decided by using the controlling chart. The cause of problems was found and effective measures were adopted in order to improve and guarantee the product′s quality,so that production system operation can be kept in optimum conditions.The resutl shows that the models are reasonable.
