ENERGY BUDGET AND UTILIZATION EFFICIENCY OF JUVENILE TRIONYX SINENSIS

摘  要:试验采用实验生态学技术对中华鳖幼鳖(94.47-98.11g)摄食人工饲料的能量收支,以及温度对能量利用效率的影响进行研究。建立了幼鳖在不同温度下的能量收支方程式,在31℃时,幼鳖能量收支方程式为: 100C= 5.66F+ 5. 89U+ 32. 49R+ 55.96C,幼鳖排泄及代谢耗能最少,生长能所占比例最高,达到55.96%,分别比25℃、28℃和35℃组高出21.58%、16.64%和25.64%。结果表明,摄食率、日排粪能与水温呈正相关关系;水温对排泄率、空中耗氧率和生长率均有显著影响;而对饵料吸收率和水下耗氧率无显著影响;另外,温度对排泄能、代谢能和生长能占摄食能的比例均有显著影响。 Q_(10)随水温升高而下降。The effects of main environmental factor(temperature) on efficiency of energy utilization and energy budget of juvenile soft-shelled turtle (Trionyx sinensis) fed with commercial food were studied by means of experimental ecological methodologies. Equations of energy budget of juvenile T. sinensis fed on commercial food under different water temperatures were established. Equations of energy budget of juvenile are 100C = 5. 66F + 5. 89U + 32. 49R + 55. 96G at 31℃, under which the expenditure of metabolic and excretion energy is the minimum, and the energy used for growth is the highest about 55.96% of total energy consumed, is higher than 21 .58%, 16.64%, and 25.64% Under 25℃, 28℃, and 35℃ respectively. It demonstrated that the highest efficiency of energy utilization the juvenile soft-shelled turtle occurred at 31℃. The results of this study indicated that: the energy for rate of food consumption and for daily faecal production is positive in correlation with water temperature. Water temperature significantiy affects on excretion urea, ammonia and total rates, oxygen consumption rate in air and growth rate, but not significant on oxygen consumption rate in water and food absorption efficiency. In addition, the temperature also significantly affects the U/C, R/C and G/C of excretory energy, but has no effect on F/C Q_(10) will be decreased as water temperture rises. These provide useful and reliable theoreticial parameter for green-house culture of soft-shelled turtle.
