摘  要:目的 旨在初步探讨大鼠严重烧伤早期 (伤后 2 4小时 )血栓调节蛋白、蛋白C和蛋白S的动态变化。方法 采用大鼠TBSA 3 0 %III度烧伤模型 ,随机分为烧伤组和正常对照组 ,观察大鼠烧伤后 1,3 ,6,12 ,2 4小时血栓调节蛋白、蛋白C和蛋白S血浆水平的变化。结果 大鼠烧伤后 1小时血浆血栓调节蛋白水平开始升高 ,于伤后 3小时达到峰值 ,以后逐渐下降 ,至伤后 2 4小时仍高于正常对照组。大鼠烧伤后血浆蛋白C水平在伤后 3小时有一短暂上升过程 ,此后逐渐下降 ,至 2 4小时降至最低水平。大鼠烧伤后 2 4小时内总蛋白S血浆水平持续低于正常对照组。结论 大鼠严重烧伤早期血栓调节蛋白 蛋白C 蛋白S抗凝途径发生显著变化 ,它不仅是烧伤早期血管内皮受损的标志 ,而且可能参与了严重烧伤后血栓和DIC的形成。Objective This study was to investigate the characteristics of changes in thrombomodulin(TM)/protein C(PC)/protein S(PS) anticoagulant pathway in early stage (24 hours postburn)in severely burned rats. Methods Wistar rats were divided into 2 groups: aburn group and anormal control group. The burn group received TBSA 30% III°burn injury.The plasma levels of thrombomodulin,protein C and protein S were assayed at different time intervals. Results The plasma level of thrombomodulin increased significantly,showing a peak at 6 hours postburn.The plasma level of protein C elevated at 3 hours postburn,but decreased enduringly from 6 hours on. The level of total protein S in plasma of burnt rats was lowerer than that in the control group within 24 hours postburn. Conclusion The TM/PC/PS anticoagulant pathway altered obviously in early burnt rats, which was not only the marker of the vascular endothelium damage but also involved in thrombosis and disseminated intravascular coagulation after burn injury.
