西南地区下寒武统划分与对比——兼论早寒武世系列生物群的时代

摘　　要：根据世界主要地区近年来下寒武统生物地层和三叶虫序列研究的最新成果 ,将我国西南地区下寒武统与世界重要地区 (摩洛哥、西伯利亚和劳伦古陆 )下寒武统进行了对比 ,列出了对比方案 ,为确定早寒武世系列生物群的时代提供了正确的依据 ,对早期后生动物起源、演化的研究具有重要的意义。Summary InlasttwodecadesAzonalschemefortheLowerCambrianbiostratigraphyandabrief discussionofcorrelationbetweenSouthwestChinaandotherregions (Morocco ,Siberiaand Laurentia)havebeenmade (Luetal.,1 982 ;Changetal.,1 979,1 980 ,1 987a ,1 987b ,1 998; Zhouetal.,1 980a ,1 980b ,1 982 ;Luoetal.,1 994) .Untilrecently ,mostattentionhasbeen fucusedontheserieswell preservedsoft bodiedEarlyCambrianbiota ,suchasChengjiangbio ta,Taijiangbiota ,NiutitangFormationbiotainSouthwestChina (Chang ,1 987;Chenetal., 1 994;HouandBergstr m ,1 997;Steineretal.,1 993;Zhaoetal.,1 998,1 999) ;Polishbiota (Lendzion ,1 975 ,1 977;DzikandLendzion ,1 988) ;SiriusPassetfauna (ConwayMorriset al .,1 987;ConwayMorrisandPeel,1 990 ,1 995 ;Budd ,1 999) ;MountCapfauna (Butter field ,1 994)andEmuBayshalebiota (Glaessner ,1 979) .Inordertoclarifytheageofabove mentionedseriesbiotaitisnecessarytorestudyontheintercontinentalcorrelationchartof LowerCambrian .ThecorrelationofEarlyCambrianstrataisessentiallybasedonthecommon occurrencesofcertaintrilobitespeciesandgenera ,evencommontrilobitesuccessions.Atpre sentalotofintercontinentalcorrelationchartsofLowerCambrianhavebeenestablished (Zhou andYuan ,1 982 ;Chang ,1 987,1 998;GeyerandPalmer ,1 995 ;Zhuravlev ,1 995 ;Shergold , 1 997;RushtonandPowell,1 998) .However,apersistentcontroversyexistsintheinterconti nentalcorrelationoftheLowerCambrianbetweenSouthwestChinaandotherregions,forex ample,whichgenusoftrilobitesistheoldestoneallovertheworld ?InSouthwestChina ParabadiellaChang ,1 96 6andMianxiandiscusZhangandZhu ,1 980areworldwideconsid eredastheoldestonebyChang ( 1 987) ;ZhouandYuan ( 1 981 )andotherChinesePalaeonto logists .Incontrast,EofallotaspisSdzuy ,1 978orProfallotaspisRepina ,1 96 5isregardedas theoldestonebySdzuy ( 1 978) ,GeyerandLanding ( 1 995 ) ,Zhuravlev ( 1 995 )andShergold ( 1 997) .InSouthwestChinatheLowerCambrianhasbeendividedintofourstages,including 1 0trilobiteZones .Theyarelistedindescendingorderasfollows:
