摘 要:对一种新型高强韧铸造铝硅合金 (暂名ZL1 2 0 )的T6热处理工艺进行了研究 .对固溶温度Ts、固溶时间ts、时效温度Ta和时效时间ta进行三水平正交试验 ,并测试了该合金在对应处理状态下的力学性能 ,然后根据此结果再进行验证性试验 .结果表明 ,改变这四个参数可得到一系列的性能组合 ,例如 ,热处理工艺为 5 2 0℃× 1 6h+ 60℃水冷 + 1 70℃ × 8h时 ,可获得抗拉强度σb ≥ 40 0MPa和延伸率δ5 ≥ 3 %的力学性能 .The T 6 heat treatment cycle of a new type of high strength and toughness cast Al-Si alloy (called ZL120 temporarily) was studied. Ortho experiments were carried out by varying solution temperature T s , solution time t s , ageing temperature T a and ageing time t a in three levels, and the mechanical properties were also tested in the corresponding heat treatment condition. Then a series of validating experiments were done according to the result of ortho experiment. The tests show that a set of mechanical properties can be obtained by changing these four parameters. For example, the tensile strength σ b of the alloy can be gained more than 400 MPa and elongation δ 5 exceeds 3% when the heat treatment cycle is in the condition of 520 ℃×16 h+60 ℃ water cooling +170 ℃×8 h.
