摘 要:TH973是专门为全自动节能节水开关设计的模数混合大规模集成电路,它主要由增益可调低噪声运放、六阶开关电容带通滤波器、比较电路、时钟电路和控制电路等组成。文章利用滤波器理论和开关共享技术进行电路设计,提出了一种新型的开关电容滤波器电路,使得以往需要六个运放的六阶开关电容滤波器只用三个运放便得以实现。利用L-EDIT进行全定制版图设计,利用双层多晶硅N阱CMOS工艺进行芯片制造。采用TH973的全自动节能节水开关已批量生产,并得到越来越广泛的应用。Economization of energy resources and water resources is a significant problem about ensuring continuous development of national economy and increment of economic efficiency. TH973 is a mixed analog digital CMOS LSI, it is specifically designed for automatic energy saving switch. TH973 consists mainly of gain variable low noise OPA, 6 class Switched Capacitor BPF, comparator, clock generator and controller etc. The filter uses a novel SC unit circuit, so the 6 class SCF needs only three OPAs, but the previous 6 class SCF needs six OPAs. The layout was designed with L EDIT and the wafers were fabricated with double polysilicon, N well CMOS process. The automatic energy saving switches with TH973 have been manufactured and found wide application.
