高碘酸钾氧化茜素紫催化动力学极谱法测定痕量锰

摘　　要：报道用氨三乙酸作活化剂， 在弱酸性介质下， 痕量锰对高碘酸钾氧化花青的反应有强烈催化作用， 并以此反应作为指示反应建立了测定痕量锰的催化极谱法． 方法的检出限为０－５ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ，相对标准偏差为１－２ ％ （ ｎ ＝ １１） ． 此方法用于测定白酒中的锰， 结果满意．Anew catalytic kinetic polarography method forthe determination oftrace amount of Mn2 + has been developed. The method is based on the oxidation of solway purple by potassium periodatein the nitrilotriaceticacid as an activater. The linear range of determination is 5-0 ～ 100-0nmol/L.The detectionlimitis 0-5nmol/L.Therelativestandard deviationis1-2 % (n = 11) . The method can used forthe determination of Mn2 +in win sample.
