摘  要:目的:研究海洛因导致垂体-性腺轴、垂体-肾上腺轴毒性作用的超微病理改变.方法:采用肌肉注射海洛因处理Wistar大鼠建立海洛因依赖模型;用透射电镜观察成瘾大鼠垂体、肾上腺、卵巢、睾丸的超微结构.结果:发现腺垂体细胞广泛内质网扩张,隔离池形成,促肾上腺皮质激素细胞、促性腺激素细胞内APUD颗粒减少;肾上腺髓质细胞内肾上腺素APUD颗粒呈明显排空状态;睾丸曲细精管生精上皮层次减少,生精细胞分裂障碍,精子提前成熟,间质细胞固缩,数量减少.卵巢:卵母细胞畸形,卵泡发育不良,卵泡膜细胞畸形.结论:从超微病理学方面证实:海洛因对垂体-肾上腺轴。:Objective:To study the ultrastructural pathological changes of the pituitary adrenal axis,pituitary gonadal axis induced by heroin.Methods:In this experiment,heroin dependence model of wistar rats was made by administration heroin in injecting muscle.The ultrastructural of the rat's pituitary adrenal ovary and testis were observed by transmission electric microscopy (TEM).Results:We found that the numerous endoplasmic reticulum of the adenohypophysis cell dilatcd and intracisternal sequestration occurred.The APUD granules of corticotroph and gonadotroph decreased in number.Adrenal cortex cell atrophiest.The most adrenalin APUD granules of adrenal medullar cell had secreted and excavation left.The cell series of testicular convoluted seminiferous tubules reduced and the spermatogenic cell division disturbed.The process of the spermioteleosis aheaded and mature spermatozoon decreased.Testicular interstitial cell decreased.The follicle of ovary maldeveloped. Ooyte deformity follicular cell deformity occurred. The lipid increased in cytoplasm of follicular cell.Conclusion:The results suggested that heroin had toxic effect on pituitary gonadal axis and pituitary adrenal axis in aspect of the ultrastructural pathology.
