摘　　要：本文应用光程函数法推导出旋转对称电子光学系统九级几何像差公式．九级几何像差共有１０种．In this paper experessions of the 9th order geometrical aberrations of rotationally symmetrical electron optic system are given by using the eikonal method when the electric and magnetic fields exit.The 9th order geometrical aberrations can be divided into 10 types.There are 56 geometrical aberration coefficients.
