核-壳聚合物乳液的合成及防粘连性能研究

摘　　要：以核壳聚合物乳液作为毛面剂，研究了该聚合物的合成方法。实验证明该方法克服了现用毛面剂合成中的缺点，通过对核壳乳液与相同组成的共聚物作为毛面剂的防粘连性能的对比实验，结果显示，核壳聚合物具有优良的防粘连性能。In this paper, the core shell polymer latex was used as a matting agent to study the synthetic method of cord shell polymer latex. It is proved that the method overcome defects of existing matting agent on synthese.Comparing the core shell latex and the same component copolymer as matting agent on surface of photosensitive film. Results showed that the core shell polymer latex has excellent anti sticking property.
