摘　　要：当前，绑架犯罪的严重性和发展趋势，尚未引起一些地方公安机关的足够重视，侦办绑架犯罪案件遇到的难题是情报信息不灵，技术装备和侦破手段落后，跨国绑架勒索案取证定罪难度大。对于绑架犯罪，必须坚持露头即打，除恶务尽的原则，加强情报信息工作，强化刑侦队伍反绑架犯罪技能的训练。緼t present,the seriousness and trend of development of the offence of kidnapping are not paid great attention to by public security organs in cert ain areas.There are difficulties in investigating a kidnapping case—the informa tion is not quick,the technical equipment and detective means are backward,evide nce collection and conviction is very difficult in a transnational kidnapping an d extorting case.With regard to this offence,we should stick to the principle of attacking while appearing and examinating an evil thoroughly.We should enhance the work of information,strengthen the training of anti—kidnapping skills which the members of criminal investigation ranks should have,and raise the scientifi c content of cracking a criminal case.　 　　【
