烟夜蛾性信息素组分及其体内合成的变动节律

摘　　要：在烟夜蛾性信息素腺体中共发现１１种组分：Ｚ９－１６：Ａｌｄ、Ｚ９－１６：ＯＨ、Ｚ９－１６：Ａｃ、Ｚ１１－１６：Ａｌｄ、Ｚ１１－１６：ＯＨ、Ｚ１１－１６Ａｃ、１６：Ａｌｄ、１６：ＯＨ、１６：Ａｃ、Ｚ７－１６：Ａｌｄ和Ｚ７－１６：ＯＨ。各组分在成虫羽化后的日节律和在暗周期中的时节律各不相同。其中烟夜蛾性信息素主组分Ｚ９－１６：Ａｌｄ在１日龄处女蛾中的滴度最高，在暗周期的第４～８小时为其滴度高峰期，极端峰值位于暗周期的第６～７小时。With gas chromatograhic analysis, 11 compounds, Z916: Ald, Z916:OH, Z916:Ac, Z1116:Ald, Z1116:OH, Z1116:Ac, 16:Ald, 16:OH, 16:Ac, Z16:Ald and Z716:OH were found in the virgin female sex pheromone gland of \% Helicoverpa assulta\% (Guenee) from Henan provine,China. The daily changes and scotophase rhythms of these compounds were different. The major component, Z916:Ald, its titer got the maximum in second scotophase after emergence, and maintained high level from 4h to 8h and reached a peak at 6￣7h after high lightoff.\=
