烟丝中添加天然植物制剂AML-1降低卷烟焦油致突变性的研究

摘　　要：Ames试验结果表明，卷烟烟丝中添加适量天然植物制剂AML－1，卷烟焦油诱发TA98菌株的回变菌落数比对照烟下降，并具有统计学意义；其中AML－1添加量为0．5％时，回变菌落数比对照烟下降了31％。SCE试验也进一步表明，添加了AMLI的卷烟，其焦油诱发人转化淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换率比对照烟有显著下降（P＜0．01）。卷烟评吸结果表明，适量添加AML－1时卷烟无异味，并对香味和吃味有一定改善作用。AML－1作为卷烟添加剂使用时，在降低卷烟焦油的致突变危害方面具有很好的应用前景。The result of Ames test indicated that the Mutagenicity of cigarette Smoke Condensate (CSC) from cigarettesadded the natural plant extract AML-1 to the tobacco was reduced significantly cornpared with the control cigarette inTA98 strain. The revertants decreased 31 % as AML-1 added o. 5 %. In SCE test, CSC frorn cigarette added AML1induced less SCE frequency than the c0ntrol cigarette (P< o. 01 ). Otherwise, AML-l has good effects on tobaccotaste and flavour by smoking. These studies showed that AML-1 has a future as cigarette additive to anti mutagenici-ty against CSC for decreasing some harmful effects 0n health from smoking.
