关于排球意识培养的研究

摘　　要：根据排球课战术教学特点,指出在教学与训练中,应有计划地安排战术意识训练,并提出了具体的教学与训练方法。这对于学生掌握专项动作技术,适应训练和比赛的要求,发挥技术水平,培养全面发展的排球学生和运动员,提高教学与训练质量及学生的专项能力是非常重要的。According to the teaching characteristics of volleyball class tactics,pointing out in the teaching and training we should plan to arrange tactical awareness training,and put forward specific teaching and training methods.It is very important for students to master the special action technology,adapt to the requirements of training and competition,play atechnical and tactical level,train overall development of volleyball students and athletes,improve the quality of teaching and training students and the special ability.
