摘　　要：随着社会的发展田径运动在高校教学中受到较大冲击,为了发展田径运动,本文介绍了趣味田径运动的概念和特点,并根据趣味田径运动自身的特点,提出开展趣味田径运动的原则和有效开展趣味田径运动的措施。With the development of society,track and field sports is hit in college teaching,to develop track and field sports,this paper introduces the concept of and features of interesting track and field sports,and according to its own interesting features of track and field sports,proposes to carry out the principles of track and field sports and effective measures to carry out interesting track and field sports.
