摘　　要：通过实例论证了只有坚持产学研结合，才能培养出适应社会需要的应用型人才，才能把旅游专业办出特色，把旅游院校办出活力，办出效益。The author raises the notion that only by adhering to production, teaching and research ,the college can turn out adaptable and application-oriented personnel, carry out the speciality of Tourism Management with superior characteristics and the tourism school with competitive power.
