摘 要:研究了酸液浓度、用酸强度和注酸速度等可控制因素对酸化效果的影响 ,进行了高浓度土酸与地层岩芯适应性的研究 ,开发了高浓度土酸酸化工艺。经过冀东油田老爷庙地区庙北断块 7井层的现场酸化施工 ,均获得工业油气流。施工中使用的土酸氢氟酸浓度为 5%~ 10 % ,用酸强度集中在 1.5~ 3m3 / m,分别使用了气化水、水力泵和射流泵返排残酸。This paper studies the effect of concentration of acid liquor,intensity of acid used and acid injection rate and othercontrollable factors on acidizing results, and adaptability of high concentrated mud acid with core to developacidizing technology of high concentrated mud acid. Through 7 runs of field acidizing operations to Miaobei faultblock in Laoyemiao District of Jidong oilfield,commercial oil flow was obtained. In field operation,concentrationof HF in mud acid was 5 %-10 %, acid intensity concentrated to 1. 5 - 3m 3/m, gasified water, hydraulic pumpand jet pump were separately used to flow back residual acid. Field practice proves that acidizing technology ofhigh concentrated mud acid composed of acid combination technique of high concentrated mud acid and residualacid flow back technique with jet pump may increase the accuracy and believable degree of well test.
