鸡腺胃型传染性支气管炎的调查研究

摘　　要：１９９７ 年５ 月以来，天津市部分养鸡场鸡群连续发生一种以腺胃肿大为特征的新型传染病。经流行病学、临床症状、病理剖检、实验室排异诊断、病毒分离、病毒生物学特性、回归试验等一系列研究，确诊该病为鸡腺胃型传染性支气管炎。分离病毒株定名为 Ｊ Ｂ９７０２株。Outbreaks of a new infectious disease,characterized by extreme emaciatio,diarrhea and death,affecting 20～90 day old chicken,occurred in chicken farms of Tianjin since May 1997. Postmortem examination revealed glandular stomach extreme swelling,hemarrhage and ulceration in the mucous membrane of glandular stomach. The disease was diagnosed as glandular stomach type infectious bronchitis based on epidemiological investigation,clinical signs,postmortem examination laboratory teats,virus isolation,virus biological characteristics and animal experiments. The present isolate(designated as JB 9702 ) was a new type virus of IBV.
