摘　　要：经济体制改革以来，中国农村发生了巨大变化：农业长足发展，农民生活有了很大改善。这些成就的取得，是邓小平关于农业、农村和农民问题思想的结晶。本文就邓小平关于农业、农村和农民问题的思想进行了探索。研究学习这些思想，对于学习邓小平理论，贯彻落实党的十五大和十五届三中全会精神具有重要的理论和实践意义。Since the reform of the economic system, great changes have taken place in the Chinese countryside. Agriculture has developed rapidly and peasants' life has greatly improved. These achievements are the risult of Deng Xiaoping thought about the problems of agriculture, countryside and peasants, which is studied and discussed in this paper. Studying the thought is of great significance to learning Deng Xiaoping theory and acting in the spirit of the Fifteenth Party Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the Fifteenth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
