摘　　要：从资产评估背景、资产评估理论、资产评估行业三方面，简要分析了我国资产评估与西方国家资产评估的差异。As viewed from the property appraisal background, property appraisal theory and the property appraisal trade, this article has briefly analysed the differences of property appraisal between china and the western counties.
