摘  要:报道了以对氨基苯甲醛、对苯二酚为主要原料,新显色剂2 ,3 ,7三羟基9[4(2 ,5二羟基) 苯偶氮] 苯基荧光酮(APPF) 的合成方法,元素分析、红外光谱等方法鉴定了试剂的结构.在混合表面活性剂CTMAB和Tween80 存在下,研究了试剂与钨( Ⅵ) 的显色反应光度特性并讨论了胶束增敏的机理.在02 mol/LHCl 介质中,试剂与钨( Ⅵ) 及表面活性剂形成胶束络合物,最大吸收波长位于535 nm 处,混合表面活性剂有一定的增敏作用,络合物表观摩尔吸光系数为132 ×105 L·mol- 1·cm - 1 .钨含量在0 ~032 μg/ml 范围服从比尔定律.拟定分析方法用于钢样中微量钨的测定。In this paper,the now reagent of 2,3,7 trihydroxy 9 [4 (2,5 dihydroxy)phenylazo]phenylfluorone(APPF) was synthesized using p Aminobenzaldehyde and hydoquinone as mainly material and the structure of reagent was characterized by elemental analysis,infrared spectra.In the presence of mixed surfactant CTMAB and Tween80,the photometric analysis properties of color reaction of APPF with W(Ⅵ)were studied and the mechanism of Chromogenic enhancement in the mixed surfactant CTMAB and Tween80 was discussed.In 0.2mol/L hydrochloric acid medium,W(Ⅵ) reacted with APPF to form a complex with maximum absorption at 535nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of ε=1.32×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .It indicated the effect of Chromogenic enhancement for color reaction was greatly produced by mixed micelle.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-0.32μg W(Ⅵ) per mL.The method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of Tungsten in alloys steel samples.
