摘  要:在纵向(90-0)木材切削过程中,经常会遇到两种不同的切削情况:径向切削和弦向切削。本文主要研究两种切削情况的切削力和切屑变形的差异。所选用的试材为挪威常用的5种木材:松木,云杉,桦木,杨木和栎木。试验表明,两种情况下的切屑变形和破坏程度及切削力存在差异。径向切削情况下的切削力波动较大,切屑破坏较大。切削力的峰值随着切削厚度增加而增大,但栎木增大幅度大于其它4种试材。Abstract Two different situations are usually encountered when cutting wood parallel to the grains(90-0).The study was to investigate chip formation and cutting forces of five common wood species (pine,spruce,birch,aspen and oak) in Norway when maching wood in the 90-0 situation with the cutting edge both in the radial and tangential situations relative to the annual rings.The radial of the spiral chips and chip failures are a little different in both cutting situations.The maximum parallel forces in the radial situation were larger than the ones in the tangential situation;and increased as cutting thickness increased.The parallel forces of the five wood species,especially oak,undulated more in the radial situation than in the tangential situation.
