摘　　要：目的：对心理因素在隆鼻手术疗效中的影响进行评估。方法从1989年以来我科对成功施行隆鼻手术后因受术者心理变化，要求隆鼻假体摘除的8例患者施行手术。结果：隆鼻假体摘取后.原不适症状均有好转。结论：受术者的心理因素能影响隆鼻手术效果，而隆鼻假体的去除可使其心理得到平衡。Objectlve: By observation and analysis different kinds of psychologicalchanges and their causes in patients of nose augrnentation, we assess the influences ofpsychological factors in effects of augmentation rhinoplasty. Methods: From 1989 wehave taken out prosthese in 8 patients, all had successful operations but had psychologicalchanges later and retIuired to do so. Result: After took out prostheses, symptoms re-leased. Conclusion: Psychological factors can influence the results of operations, removeprostheses can keep balance in patients' psychology.
