颈胸筋膜皮瓣修复面颈部组织缺损

摘　　要：目的：应用皮瓣移位修复面颈部肿瘤及疤痕组织切除后创面。方法：设计切取同侧或对侧颈胸筋膜皮瓣转移修复缺损21例。面部恶性肿瘤4例，良性肿瘤5例，下颌瘢痕挛缩4例，颈部瘢痕挛缩7例，右面部严重电击伤合并额骨外露1例。结果：21例患者24个皮瓣，单侧18个皮瓣，双侧6个皮瓣，除1例皮瓣尖端坏死外，其余皮瓣1期成活，外形及功能良好。结论：采用本皮瓣优点是供区范围大，长宽比可达3：1或4：1，皮瓣色泽和质地与受区相称，手术方法简便，远期功能和美容效果好。To report the clinical results of using the neck and chest fascia-skin flap for repairing the face and neck tumor and scar tissue defect. Methods: We used the homolateral or con tralateral neck and chest fascia-skin flaps for repairing the face and neck tissue defects in 21 cases. 4 cases were facial malignant tumors and 5 were benign, 4 cases were mandibular scar contracture and 7 were cervical ones, 1 case was severe electric injury of the right facial accompanied with the frontal bone exposure. Results: Of 24 skin-flaps in 21 cases, 18 flaps were unilateral and 6 were bilateral. All the skin-flaps survived except 1 was necrosis in its distal end, their appearances and functions were good. Conclusion: The donor side of the fascial-skin flap is extensive, its proportion of ength and width can reach to 3: 1 or 4: 1. Its color and lustre is similar to the acceptor side. the operation procedure is simple, the late function and cosmetic effect are good.
