摘　　要：目的：探讨固体硅胶隆鼻术的并发症及其防治措施。方法：对620例隆鼻术进行了回顾性分析。结果：各类并发症20例，占3．23％。其中早期组140例，发生并发症12例，占8．57％，改良术式组480例，发生并发症8例，占1．67％。结论：改良术式组并发症发生率明显低于早期组。To further investigate the complication and its prevention and cure in augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone implant. Method: 620 cases of augmentation rhinoplasty were reviewed. Results: 20 cases with complications had happened (3. 23% ). The manifestation of these complications were systemicaly described in present paper, Managing and prevention methods were presented correspondinly with each complication.
