整块皮片移植在面部整形中的应用

摘　　要：目的：治疗早期面部深度烧伤，面部疲痕及色素疾；方法：小面积皮片选择耳后、锁骨上、上臂及前臂内侧，大面积取胸、胸腋部等整块皮片游离移植，配合以正确的术前术后治疗方案；结果：该组病例中21例瘢痕，色素痣切除植全厚度片全部成活，11例切病植中厚皮片中3例由于受区血运差，发生小部分坏死，经即时切除植皮愈合良好；结论：该方法是皮肤扩张，皮瓣转移所不能取代的面部整形的重要方法，作者强调了手术成功的要点和技巧，并就分区移植及植皮部位选择等问题进行了探讨。Objective To treat the early facial － burnt, facial － scar and hirihmark. Methods: small area for choosing flap of the earback' s, up the collarbone, arm － up and inside of arm － up, large area for doing the cheek or under － arm － cheek to make the sole － flap － transplant, and the operation should he carried out strictly with the scheme of the treatment. Result: in such cases, 21 cases of scar and birthmark were cured by cutting off and transplanting the thick － flap, ln 11 cases of cutting of the burnt － skin and transplanting the nliddle thick － flap, 3 cases of these happened to be dead in small area because of the bad condition in this distruct hut healed through the immediately cutting of f the dead skin and then transplant the flap. Conclusion: This is an important metllod which can' t be instead of skin － expand, flap － transfer and so on. The authors emphasize the main points and technique on successful operation and inquire some problems on transplanting partly and choosing what － part to provide.
