杜塞酰胺滴眼液降眼压的有效性和安全性临床研究

摘　　要：目的　验证２０ｇ·Ｌ－ １ 杜塞酰胺滴眼液治疗开角型青光眼与高眼压症的有效性和安全性。方法　进行为期４ｗｋ 的开放性临床药理评估。符合入选标准的２３ 例受试者，男１０例，女１３ 例；开角型青光眼５ 例（２１－７ ％），高眼压症１８ 例（７８－３％） 。使用２０ｇ·Ｌ－ １ 杜塞酰胺滴眼液每日３ 次共４ｗｋ。结果　第１、２、４ 周眼压与第０ 天基线相比眼压下降幅度平均为６－００±３－１０ｍ ｍＨｇ ～７－１７ ±３－９０ｍｍ Ｈｇ，分别平均下降了２２－３８ ％ ±１０－８２％ ～２６－３３％ ±１２－９４％ ；用药后仅有短暂而轻微不良反应。结论　２０ｇ·Ｌ－１ 杜塞酰胺滴眼液可稳定有效降低眼压，且不良反应短暂而轻微。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Dorzolamide in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension.Methods Twenty-three cases falling into the criteria were undergone eyedrops 3 times a day for 4 weeks.Of all the 23 cases,10 were male,13 were female;5 were open-angle glaucoma,18 were ocular hypertension.Results Comparing to the baseline the intraocular pressure in the first,second and forth week reduced by an average of 22.38%±10.82%～26.33%±12.94%(6.00±3.10mmHg～7.17±3.90mmHg).There are some temporary and slight adverse effects only.Conclusion 2% Dorzolamide has a steady efficacy for reducing intraocular pressure and its adverse effect is temporary and slight.
