摘　　要：介绍ＣＧＩ的概念，ＷＩＮＣＧＩ的原理及基于模板文件的ＷＩＮＣＧＩ的特点，介绍采用基于模板文件的ＷＩＮＣＧＩ的方法及其在教务管理系统中的应用，提出了开发ＣＧＩ程序的改进措施。The paper introduces the concept of CGI,principle of WIN CGI and characteristics of WIN CGI based on template file,and gives the method using WIN CGI based on template file and application of WIN CGI based on template file in educational administration and improvement of developing CGI program.
