摘　　要：以茚、甲酸和双氧水为原料,经加成、消除、肟化和加氢还原后得到2-氨基茚满,总收率为63.4%。该法原料易得、操作简便、收率高,各主要化合物结构经核磁共振氢谱确证。Indene,formic acid and hydrogen peroxide were used as the starting materials for preparation of 2-indanamine via addition reaction,elimination reaction,oximation and reduction.The staring materials in the synthetic route are easily available and the yield was reasonable.The overall yield is 62.4%.The structures of the main intermediates are identified by 1H NMR.
