心内膜心肌纤维化的外科治疗

摘　　要：报告４例经手术及病理证实的心内膜心肌纤维化病。３例行心内膜剥离和心瓣膜替换或成形术，术后心功能明显改善；１例未剥离纤维化心内膜，仅行三尖瓣成形术并清除右房血栓，术后死于低心排血量综合征。结合文献复习讨论了本病的诊断和手术治疗，着重介绍了手术体会。Four cases of endocardial myocardial fibrosis confined by operation and pathology were reported in this paper.Of them,3 received resection of endomyocardium and valve replacement or valvuloplasty,the cardiac function improved markedly after operation;one received tricuspid valvuloplasty and elimination of thrombus in right atrium without resection of fibrotic endocarduum and died of low cardiac output syndrome.The diagnosis and operation were discussed combined with literatures review and introduced the experience emphatically.
