摘　　要：目的 了解老年外科病人围手术期处理的重要性。方法 对近两年来收治的60岁以上165例各类手术病人进行临床研究。结果 治愈好转161例,占97.6％;死亡4例,占2.4％;术后并发症40例,占24.2％。结论 老年外科病人并存病多,手术耐受情况差,术后并发症相应增多,围手术期处理至关重要。Objective To understand the importance of peri - operative treatment in elderlypatients. Methods 165 cases over 60 years old admitted and treated in our department in last two years were studied clinically. Results 161 of 165 cases(97. 6% ) had been cured or improved ;only 4 of them(2. 4% ) died. 40 of them ( 24. 2% ) had postoperative complications. Conclusion Peri - operative treatment in elderly patients is very important, because th ey had more coexisting conditions, poor tolerance to operation and there are more chances of postoperative complications.
