摘　　要：目的 观察鼻胃管预防老年人吸人性肺炎的临床疗效。方法 对严重吞咽障碍反复发生吸人性肺炎的患者置鼻胃管加抗反流治疗,观察能否有效预防吸人性肺炎的发生。结果 31例患者经置鼻胃管加抗反流治疗,均末再出现吸人性肺炎。结论 置鼻胃管加抗反流治疗能有效预防老年人吸入性肺炎的发生,而且经济、实用、安全。Objective To observe the clinic effect of nose-stomach tube for preventing the inhalation-pneuminia in the elderly.Methods Nose-stomach tube were placed into 31 old patients with serious sawal-low difficulty.anti-regurgitalion drugs also were used in such patients. Results The inhalation-pneumonia did not occur again in 31 patients after placing nose-stomach tube combined by anti-regurgitalion drugs.Conclu-sion The therapy of placing nose-stomach tube combined with anti-regurgitation drugs can prevent efficient-ly and safely the inhalation-pneumonia in the elderly.
