低烟型FC级二冲程汽油机油的研究

摘　　要：利用成焦板试验机、四球试验机、摩擦试验机等模拟方法及二冲程发动机试验考察了聚异丁烯加入量、聚异丁烯分子量、矿油加入量及添加剂配伍与二冲程汽油机油润滑性、清净性、排烟性之关系,从而成功地研制了符合JASO M345规格、具有良好的润滑性、清净性及低排烟性的低烟型FC级二冲程汽油机油。The relationship between the addition of polyisobutene, the molecular weight of polyisobutene, the addition of mineral oil, the formulation of additives and the lubrication performance, the cleansing property , the smokeforming property etc. of the dual stroke engine oil is investigated using simulative methods as coking plate tester, four-ball tester and friction tester, as well as the dual stroke engine test. By this investigation, a lower smoke formingtype FC dual stroke gasoline engine oil is formulated which meets JASO M345 specigication and shows good lubricationperformance and cleansing property.
