各尽其责 防范金融风险  

Each does what he can, keep a lookout over the financial risk

摘　　要：金融风险防范应该是一个 “系统工程”， 只有政府、银行、企业和居民个人各尽其责， 协同配合， 才能有效防范和化解金融风险。四者的主要职责是政府在于金融监管， 银行在于内部管理与控制， 企业在于理性的投资决策，Keeping a lookout over the financial risk should be a “systematic project” which needs the government, banks, enterprises and the individuals to coordinate well. Their main responsibilities are different: the government should keep watch on the finance; the banks should be responsible for the internal managenent and control; the enterprises should take reasonable decision of investment and the individuals should raise their consciousness of finance and financial risk.
