开展临床病例讨论提高留学生临床实习水平

摘　　要：对在南京医科大学附属南京第一医院普外科实习的南京医科大学2005级留学生开展临床病例讨论。留学生对病例讨论参与热情高,评价好。回答教师问题及出科考试等较2004级留学生有明显的进步。开展留学生临床病例讨论是提高留学生的临床实习水平一个很有效的方法。Case discussion in general surgery tearching was taken for grade 2005 foreign interns in our hospital.Foreign interns took part in case discussion actively and had a positive evaluation effect.Compared with grade 2004,grade 2005 foreign interns had significantly improved in answering questions and achieving scores of rotation tests.Case discussion was an effective way to improve the level of clinical practice of foreign students.
