摘　　要：介绍了石龙电站1号机调速器空载扰动试验时因油质差导致机组过速事故,通过停机后检查处理,以及结合过速保护原理对机组过速原因进行分析,找出试验时暴露出的问题,并对调速系统采取相应的处理、改进和完善防止过速的措施,能够避免此类事故的发生。A over-speed accident of No.1 generator unit in Shilong Station in governor no-load disturbance test is described,which is caused by poor quality of oil.According to check processing and analysis the over-speed reasons combined with over-speed protection principle,the problems result in over-speed during test is found.In order to avoid such accidents,the governor system should be improved and refined by taking appropriate measures.
