田七跌打霜防治静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察田七跌打霜在防治静脉炎中的作用。方法 以美国静脉注射护理协会所规定的静脉炎标准为依据,1996年10月～1998年6月对3400例采用套管针进行静脉输注发生静脉炎的65例患者随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组34例在静脉炎局部外擦田七跌打霜,对照组31例在静脉炎局部外擦喜疗妥霜。结果 两组静脉炎擦药次数和症状消失的时间有显著性差异,结论 田七跌打霜作用快,使用后静脉炎症状消失迅速,使用方便,价格便宜,深受患者欢迎,是防治静脉炎较为理想的外涂药物。Objective To observe the effects of prevention and treatment of phlebitis using Notoginseny cream. Methods All samples were identified according to the standard of phlebitis of Intravenous Nurses Society in USA. Since Oct · 1996 to June 1998, 3400 patients who received IV therapy by IV catheter were observed. About 65 cases with phlebitis were divided randomly into study group and control group. Notoginseny cream was used in the upper limbs of the 34 patients of study group, while Hirudoid cream was used in the 31 control patients. Results Significant differences were found between the two groups reganding to per-frication times and disapper time of symptoms. Conclusions Since the Notoginseny cream can rapidly reduce the symptoms of phlebitis, it is a perfect medication of exterior, which is more convenient and cheaper than other strategies in prevention and treatment of phlebitis.
