佐隐宁颗粒剂的工艺研究

摘　　要：用正交试验法探索最佳提取工艺,对制粒赋型剂进行优选,结果表明:最佳工艺为药材加10倍水,浸泡4小时,煎煮2次,每次1.5小时;制粒赋型剂蔗糖与糊精以2:1混合配制为宜。The optimum extraction conditions for Zuoyinning Granules were established by the orthogonal design and the ex-cipient of granule was selected. As a result, the optimum process for the decoction of medicinal materials is to add 10 times of water, to soaking for 4h, decoct and to for 2 times, 1. 5h per times The optimum excipient of granule is prepared using mixed excip-ient of cane sugar and dextrin in the ratio 2:1.
